You may return an item within 30 calendar days after delivery. The item must be unused and returned with its original packaging. If an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery so we can help.

How to start a return:

  1. Email info@nascarlink.my with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Wait for our return instructions before sending anything back.
  3. Send the item to the return address below after we confirm the return.

We do not charge a restocking fee. Return shipping is free for approved returns.

After we receive and check the return, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. The refund goes back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may then take 7–10 business days to show the refund on your original payment method.

Because shipping is free, there is no original shipping charge to refund.

We cannot accept returns after 30 calendar days after delivery. We also cannot accept used items, items damaged after delivery, or items returned without original packaging, except where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
